RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return must be requested within 14 days of your delivery date
  • The product must be unused or minimally used (opening to smell the product is perfectly fine)
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • You must contact us before sending anything back — we cannot accept returns that arrive without prior notice

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at navyheart.ca@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid Canada Post return shipping label
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item received:
    We will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid Canada Post return label by email — simply drop the parcel off at your nearest Canada Post location.
  • Change of mind or personal preference:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend arranging your own trackable return shipment, as Navy Heart Essential Oils cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
  • If you are unable to obtain your own return label, please contact us at navyheart.ca@gmail.com and we will arrange a Canada Post return label on your behalf. Please note that the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Products that have been significantly used
  • Products returned without prior authorisation
  • Products where a return has not been requested within 14 days of the delivery date
