I absolutely love trying new things, I will dig in my fridge and bring out any ingredients that look tantalizing to blend together to make a breakfast smoothie.  This one was an absolute winner! The refreshing taste of Kiwi and Mint blends so well with the Lime, it kind of tastes like a breakfast cocktail! To be honest if you wanted to add some (rhymes with shmodka) it could definitely make an impression on a girls day!

This Kiwi, Lime and Mint Smoothie will literally take you 5 minutes to make.

Fresh mint

Kiwi, Lime and Mint Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwi Fruit
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Lime, Juice
  • 5 – 10 Mint Leaves
  • 125mls Iced Water ( 1/2Cup )
  • 125mls Plain Yoghurt ( 1/2Cup )

Kiwi, Lime and Mint Smoothie Instructions

  1. Peel your Kiwi’s and Apple, then chop into cubes. Make sure these are sized specifically for your blender
  2. Add them to your blender
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients – lime juice, mint leaves, water and yoghurt to the blender
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Enjoy

Additional Notes

  • Make sure to add the water into the blender before blending the fruit
  • You could subtitute the Lime for a Lemon if its in your pantry
  • You can add a few blocks of Ice if you want it colder
